The historic Whistlestop Quilt Retreat, built around 1859 by some of Sweetwater Valley’s first settlers, has 5 large bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms. The farmhouse can accommodate up to 18 guests, each in their own twin bed. Every room is warmly decorated with quilts, antiques and folk art. Each of the twin beds are made up with fine linens and covered with quilts made by local quilters. The main floor of the farmhouse sleeps 11 guests in 3 large bedrooms all with private baths.

The two beautiful bedrooms on the second floor sleep 7 guests, one of which has a half bath. These bedrooms have lovely views and a nice quiet sitting area. Second floor guests have a dedicated full bath located on the main floor just for their use.

The Grand Central Station, or the sewing room, has 14 individual sewing machine stations, each with its own table, padded desk chair and trash can. Cutting tables with mats and rulers are available as well as large custom ironing stations with quality irons. Electrical outlets are located on top of the tables for ease.
